Why is it that african Americans have such a high ratio aids in their culture?

Aids is high in poorer neighborhoods, because of a lack of education. If noone tells them to use a condom or provides them with some they’ll continue to pass it around. Also there’s no way for them to get regular HIV tests so that they even know they have the virus.
