Because you don’t meditate on the breath and you don’t have a support system for getting sober and you probably also have friends who also use drugs and are a bad influence on you.

There is something called “addiction” that goes hand in hand with drugs. And when youre addicted to drugs, you’re basically powerless over any other choice in your life. If you’re too scared for rehab program, talk to a church and your family about getting you the help you need. Good luck.
