honestly, i love my girlfriend with my whole heart and i wanna marry her, but im addicted to porna nd she doesnt know. how can i stop looking at porn???

Simple: Stop looking at porn!

Get rid of what you have – sell or give it away. Do not get anymore.

Porn is not an “addiction”. It’s just a “bad habit”. You can break a bad habit without spending thousands on therapy and “treatment centers”.

If you decide that you want to look at porn, in moderation, at some times, do that.
